Business suits are appropriate for the high society type of environment. If one is found to be casually dressed while conversing with and or among such people, their first thought should be that at the next meeting they would try to dress a bit more like a razor blade, sharply. Casual wear is never for a business gathering unless it is understood that the gathering is going to be of a casual flare.

I for one totally agree with you right there, but there are some people in the world who just hate to have to even think about wearing anything that actually ends with the word suit, be it one that is of a casual type, or simply be it one that is of a formal type.
