| As far as I know Zoot Suits are worn by men with hats. They actually used this for special occasions. I think women wear flappers during that time to pair with men wearing zoot suit. They basically wore short skirts. Women wearing these kinds of clothes appeared to be young. They are mostly used when they go dancing and socialize with other people. Some women put cosmetics to look more beautiful. |
