We are planning a 1920's themed wedding, but need help with the invites? Does anyone have any examples of how they should read? How should I get the point across that it is a flapper type wedding? I have the idea already for the actual invitation itself, but am not sure how to tactfully tell people they need to dress in flapper and zoot suit attire. Thank you for your responses in advance!! Thanks messy cat, but I've done enough research to find that there is a TON of places that have "flapper" style dresses. You can go to any department store and find one. And it isn't a costume party.
